Portfolio and Promotional Use

By engaging my photography services or purchasing photographs, you acknowledge that I retain copyright in all images I create, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You grant permission for me to use photographs containing you, your dog(s), and related images for the purpose of displaying my work, including on my website, social media pages, online galleries, printed portfolios, exhibitions, and other promotional or marketing materials for my photography business.

Images will not be used in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, or suggests your endorsement of any product or service beyond my photography business.

If you do not wish your image or your dog’s image to be used for these purposes, please notify me in writing before or at the time of photography, and I will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.
